Aromasin (Exemestane) was initially made for the purpose of treating breast cancer in females. This compound is usually supplied in 25mg tablets, but doses ranging from 5-50mg per day are used depending on the purpose of the medication.
Aromasin is different than other Anti-Estrogens such as Arimidex or Letrozole. Arimidex and Letrozole are none suicidal anti-estrogens and therefore there is a risk of rebound of estrogen levels once they are discontinued. Aromasin has the benefit of being a suicidal anti estrogen, which means that there is no risk of a surge in estrogen levels once a user stops using Aromasin.
When it comes to using Aromasin as an anti-estrogen during a Steroid cycle, doses ranging from 12.5mg to 25mg are used. Some users need as little as 12.5mg every other day, while others need as much as 25mg per day. Aromasin is also known to impact HDL levels less than Arimidex and Letrozole, making it an overall healthier option to use as an Anti Estrogen.
